SHEvolve offers the space to grow on your unique Jyotish, or Vedic Astrology, Journey with encouragement and education along the way. In each module, Mollie explores how to bee present with one aspect of ancient wisdom, through the lens of sacred feminine.
You'll learn about an archetype (such as a planet, or a sign) during a wisdom talk, you'll experience the essence of the archetype through a kriya yoga practice, and you'll apply wisdom through other supportive practices.
Just as the bumblebee visits a hive to store nourishment and cultivate a family, SHEvolve students visit the ancient teachings to soak up wisdom, cultivate a soulful sadhana, and connect to our magic within.
Here's how it works...
For each module, you receive...
SEED: An intention. The SEED is based upon the topic of study we're learning about in each module.
MANUAL: At the start of any SHEvolve course, you receive a gorgeous PDF manual that you can print to guide your studies through the content.
SADHANA (SAH - dah - nuh) The opportunity to practice a 30- to 60-minute kriya yoga practice with Mollie, and the opportunity to use the recording as often as you like as a Soulful Sadhana (spiritual practice). The class will feature a mix of kriya, pranayama, and asana — and absolutely no experience is necessary! These practices simply help integrate what we're learning.
SATSANG (SAHT - sahng) A 75-minute Satsang (wisdom talk, or lesson) with Mollie to learn all about our Archetype of the month. You are welcome to ask questions directly on Ruzuku and Mollie will answer!
SUPPORTIVE PRACTICES: One or more supportive practices will be provided for you, off the mat. These are rituals, ceremonies and practices are specific to the module's archetype.
CONTEMPLATION: Writing is one of the best ways to focus your mind on what's right in front of you (rather than letting your mind run amok, jumping from one thought to the next). You'll receive journaling prompts to assess your state of mind, and process your life through the lens of the module's archetype.
Course #1: Meet the Navagraha
Join Mollie over the course of 9 modules, and learn about the Navagraha, or 9 planets.
The 9 planets of Vedic Astrology are the foundational archetypes of Jyotish. Our entire understanding of astrology centers around how deeply we connect with each of these aspects with ourselves. Although we can observe the planets moving and transiting through the sky, what we come to learn through experience is that they represent aspects of ourselves. As we unpack their lights and shadows, we start to unravel our own cosmic blueprint!

Join Mollie over the course of 12 modules, and learn about the Rashis, or signs of the Zodiac as they are used in Vedic Astrology.
As the sun moves into a new sign every month, the world shifts into a new theme based on the sign where the Sun is transiting. This is different from the Tropical Zodiac (horoscope dates in the newspaper) because the Tropical Zodiac is the same dates every year, "pinned" to the Equinoxes. However, Vedic (Yogic) Astrology uses the Sidereal Zodiac, which reflects the true location of the planets in the sky in any given moment, not a set schedule. Each month, we will learn about a new Rashi and the earth-based practices we can do to tune in, learn to see what area of our life is highlighted during this time, and flow through a Sadhana themed for the month's unique mood.
How long will it last? SHEvolve Course #1 is 9 modules, and Course #2 is 12 modules — but you get access to the content for a lifetime! You can budget 90-120 minutes of time for each module between the wisdom talk, exercises, and yoga/meditation practices, to truly feel like you're getting the most out of this course. That's about 15 minutes per day if you do one module a week!
If I'm a registered yoga teacher, can I get continuing education credits through Yoga Alliance for this course? Yes! This course is worth 45 hours.
What’s the format? The entire course is pre-recorded on Ruzuku platform, and you get immediate access to everything upon enrollment. You work through it at your own pace.
Seriously I have no experience. Hear me when I say: You’re ready, just as you are! If the course feels right, trust your intuition. All practices are lovingly guided so that if you don’t know things, I’ll teach you.
