Lets get cosmic...

This advanced module is centered all around the Cosmos — how the 9 planets, or Navagraha, influence our daily lives, how we can evoke their essential nature in a class, and how the levels of consciousness work. When we say we want to reach "cosmic consciousness," we'll actually study what that means, and how that works. 

You'll learn some insanely powerful pranayamas like the first Cosmic Breath set, as well as Kriyas to evoke the firey Sun/Mars element, the Jupiter kriyas for expansion, mantras for each planet you can use in japa, a special bonus ritual for your meditation practice, and more

Wait, Vedic Astrology is yoga?

Absolutely. Vedic Astrology — or jyotish — is the science of light, and is a limb of the vedas. It's an ancient science, and the approach to reading charts is different than the Western Astrology (what we know as reading your horoscope in the newspaper).

Will you read charts after this training? No. We don't have enough time for that! Specifically in this training, you will study the qualities of 9 plants as deities. Each planet is studied, and embodied, so that through our study of the cosmos, we might bring more of these cosmic aspects into our own lives.

The specifics...

• We will learn the Gayatri Mantra, and add this to our morning meditation practice. The Gayatri is a salute to the rising sun, and is an important component of the Kriya Yoga tradition.
• You will be initiated to teach a combination of over 20 total pranayamas and kriyas that are unique to our lineage and Yoga Hive, so that you can teach them to your students.​
• Mantras for each of the 9 planets of vedic astrology, as well as supportive mudras.
• A gorgeous manual to guide our journey through this program.
• Support from me with the pranayamas and kriyas as you practice and experience them for yourself, through your own studies so that you feel adequately experienced and prepared to teach them to your students.
• Daily lectures that break down Vedantic Philosophy, an introduction to Vedic Astrology and aspects of the Tantric Energetic Body into bite-size pieces that make sense of the kriyas we'll learn.
• Online connection long after the training through our private Mighty Network group.
