The Power of Breath (90-min) is a lineage-rooted breathwork immersion with Himalayan Kriya Master Teacher Mollie Busby, designed to shift breath from something that “just happens” into a powerful, conscious ally in your practice and your life.
We’ll begin with a 15-minute talk to unpack what prana actually is, how it moves through the subtle body, and why the way you breathe has such a profound influence on your nervous system, energy, and mind. From there, you’ll move into a 75-minute class that weaves accessible Himalayan Kriya, intentional pranayama, and simple asana to help you feel those teachings in real time. You’ll experience the Power of Prana directly — from energizing practices and peak moments to a spacious final wind-down.
