Self-Guided Kriya Sadhana (42 hours)
This module invites you into the heart of personal practice—the laboratory where true transformation unfolds. You’ll work directly with me to select six distinct Himalayan kriya sets to explore in depth based on your unique Vedic Astrology blueprint and individual needs. You’ll practice one kriya set daily for seven consecutive days, allowing its rhythm, challenges, and insights to integrate fully. At the end of the week, you’ll write a brief reflection on your Thorn, Rose, and Bud—what challenged you, what blossomed, and what you sense is still unfolding. By the end of this process, you’ll have completed six reflections—one for each week working with a kriya set. This immersive, self-guided journey strengthens discipline, deepens your connection to the lineage, and supports your ongoing evolution as both practitioner and teacher. Available only to those enrolled in the complete 300-hour path, the SHEJourney Module is a heart-centered exploration of yogic philosophy, sacred sound, and the inner teacher within. With partial self-study, and part LIVE on Zoom, you'll study timeless texts like the Bhagavad Gita, learn the foundations of Sanskrit pronunciation, and work with the creative science of Yantra as a living meditation. This module also includes guided inquiry, journaling practices, and mentorship to support your evolution as a teacher and seeker. SHEJourney Arctic Immersion (100 hours)
A once-in-a-lifetime immersion for women ready to experience yoga in its most elemental form—rooted in nature, sisterhood, and sacred ritual. Designed for women who feel called to mentor the next generation of teachers, this apprenticeship provides hands-on experience in leading YTTs, facilitating transformation, and holding space in a retreat environment.
